Because Mid-Valley Building is a locally, family owned business, we are limited by budget for our advertising. As such, we heavily rely on "word" of mouth referrals. In order for us to accomplish this, we strive to keep in mind that this project is your project, we are merely the mode of accomplishing it.
As such, we will offer suggestions that may save money, increase resell value, provide more flexibility in the future, or ensure code compliance. However, in the end, this is your project, and we will strive to complete the project exactly within your parameters, to the end possible within local code compliance.
